Phil's is awesome! I recently moved back to the area and had to blindly pick a mechanic. I have to say that I was happy with my choice. The mechanics did quick work, fixed my brakes and really made an effort to save what they could so that the cost wasn't overwhelming. Phil even reopened his shop to cash me out when I pulled up after he closed. I appreciate you guys! Thank you

My son’s car broke down on 290 at 11 am, and he called me in a panic. I looked up mechanics in Worcester and Phil’s had good reviews so I had the car towed there. Not knowing anything about the repair shop, called and spoke to Phil who was enroute to the shop. He said he would make it a priority and look at the car even though he had other cars there they were already working on. He diagnosed the problem, sent me the picture of the problem, gave me the price, fixed it, gave it a test drive and had it ready by 5 pm same day. My son picked the car up and drove it to Maine with zero issues. You find that google reviews are not always accurate but in this case they are. Phil is honest and reasonable and gets 5 stars!

I have been going to Phil’s for over a decade. He is reliable, trustworthy, and his prices are very fair. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a good mechanic in the Worcester area!

I have been going to Phil with all my foreign cars Since I was 26. I don’t live near the shop now but still will travel to him to fix any issues with my cars .. he the best

Phil is great! Would recommend 100%! He is honest, professional, transparent, and timely with his repairs. I needed a muffler bolted on, and he took the time to make sure i supplied him all that was needed. In and out in a few hours. As with any mechanic, extra things can happen to up the price (for me it was a cross threaded bolt), but he is reasonable nonetheless. He also took the time to give me advice afterwords.

I failed a safety inspection and needed to get work done on the car fast before moving to Boston. Phil assessed the vehicle within the same business day, worked with me at every step to save money and make recommendations, and had the car out of the shop the next day! Best mechanic experience I can remember.

My car has an issue with the sunroof. I went to the dealership three times trying to fix the problem. Not only was the problem not solved, but they actually caused new issues including interior rattling. I went to Phil under a friend's recommendation. Phil very patiently listened to my description of the problem, had a mechanic test driving with me to confirm the issue, and eventually fixed the problem with extremely reasonable pricing. I will definitely go to this shop for all my vehicles' maintenance & repair in the future!

I stopped at this garage today because my low tire pressure light was on. I asked the gentlemen if he would put air in my tires and check if one was low. He was so nice and was more than happy to help. It was windy and cold out too. Also a gentleman came out is was very nice too. I wanted to say thank you again for stopping what you were doing and helping me. I felt much better driving knowing that it was just a sensor light.

My daughter is attending school in Worcester and brought a car back to school with her for the first time. Whenever you work with a new mechanic you're always a little concerned that you're working with someone who is honest and trustworthy. Now consider that your daughter is 5 states away and needs to take her car in for service. This was my daughter's first experience working with a mechanic and it would have been easy for them to take advantage of that. But, that is definitely not what happened when she took her car into Phil's. She had a fantastic experience and they made sure she understood everything about the work they were doing and even told her some of the work we thought was necessary wasn't. As a father, I want to say "thank you" to Phil's for making my daughter's first mechanic experience a great one. And, for easing any concerns I had for this first experience of hers.

I was recommended by my friend to come to Phil for car repair! Phil is my favorite mechanic here! Phil will carefully help me solve problems I encounter. His response is very prompt and his attitude is extremely friendly. He is very trustworthy! Moreover, Phil will clearly tell you the issues that need attention and those that need to be fixed. I think this makes everything very transparent, which is great. When I see him, it's like seeing an old friend. Even if I were to move away, I would still recommend my friends to come here for car repair.
